I have had lots of different kinds of Ruti. Never had such a decorative one before. Thank you Zafrin Oni apu .. I did this inspired from your post of Chit Ruti with Jhura mangsho. I just did plain Gorur mangsho though. But it was so much fun creating ruti art on my pan. How do people come up with these ideas? Its incredible.

I always wanted to do a whole roast chicken in Bangali style. Well I finally did it .. Got a little too creative with the eggs. But here is my Motor polau, Asto Chicken roast and Salmon fish kabab.
My moms recipe always works for me.. Kachchi biryani Alu, khashir mangsho, alu bokhara and beresta. No ghee ..
2nd time baking brownies with a different recipe. This time it turned out to be much more moist and Ooey Gooey .. Its all about timing I guess. Almost there though. I’ve got 2 more recipes to try.
I have tried different recipes to make fried chicken. This I have to say is one of the successful ones. Chicken tenders, Chicken wings, Chicken drumsticks, you name it and it tastes awesome with this batter. Ingredients : Bread crumbs, flour, paprika, onion salt, ginger powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, milk, eggs, and a little bit of golden cornflake crumbs. Oh and chicken pieces .. hehe
