Part of my freedom and my mental peace relies on preparing food. I didn’t know I was so dependent on cooking before all hell broke loose in my world recently. My version of biryani .. I’ve been working on this recipe for the last couple of weeks. Inspired by an Iranian rice recipe. It looks so festive .. still a bit more ingredients to test .. halfway there Ingredients: Beef meatballs, pomegranate, roasted cashews, sultanas and coriander.
